The September Roundup

Wow, am I really sat here writing The September Roundup? Umm I’m sorry, where did that month go? What a cracking month it was. An entire month off work? Yes please! Well that’s been my month & I’ve absolutely loved it.

So without further ado, I bring you the round up of September!

// Time Off \\

I couldn’t write a September Roundup post without including the fact I’ve had the whole month off. I finished work on the 31st August and I’ve completely loved it. Having the time off work has given me the freedom to focus way more on the blog, to pre-film videos and to crack on with creating some great content. It’s also given me time to chill out, to see family & to spend time with friends. Mum thought I was going to be bored having ‘nothing to do’ but let me tell you, I’ve loved nothing more than having this time off.

// Bali \\

September was also the month that saw me get confirmed on a trip to Bali. In November I’ll be flying to Bali for 8 days where I’ll be attending a Digital Content Creators Workshop with 10 other creators from around the world. I feel so lucky and blessed to have been picked out of thousands of people. I’m nervous & excited all at the same time and can’t wait to tick yet another country off my bucket list.

// New Zealand \\

Just a little NZ update. Everything is now in order ready for my departure. I can’t believe I can say I go to New Zealand this week… YES, THIS WEEK! OMFG. I’ve also been offered a job for when I get there and have another interview lined up. Let me tell you, having something like this lined up has relieved such pressure to know that I’ll still have some sort of an income whilst I’m away. I can’t believe it’s finally here!

// #Spon & #AD \\

September has also been a really good month for the blog. I’ve been in communication with a lot of different companies abut collaborations. I’ve had brands send over some lovely products and I also scored by first ever sponsored blog post. This is epic for me as I never thought this would ever happen, I never thought it would even be possible and it’s something I’ve always dreamt of. September has been a great month for the blog.

So here we are. The very final roundup of my time here in the UK. The next few months are going to epic, I hope to keep the monthly roundups coming and I’m so exited to bring you along on the adventure. Just on that note, the blog post scheduling may change over the next few months. With the move to New Zealand, the trip to Bali and the uncertainty of wifi, there may be occasions when I miss an upload day. So bare with me, I’ll try my best and I’ll see you back here on Wednesday, for my very last blog post in the UK.
