My Go-To Summer Outfit | By Harrison

It’s been a while since I’ve done a fashion related post… It feels good to be back! I’m going to put it out there, I think these pictures are some of my favourite so far! A big thank you to Liz Carey for being my photographer on this shoot.

With that intro over, let’s get into the post. I apologise in advance for everyone & anyone who follows me on my socials, for this shirt will feature heavily over the coming weeks. I picked this up from Zara one day last week, I’ve worn it a couple of times & I’m so in love. This shirt really is the Chloe Faye bag of the Men’s blogging world. Everyone seems to have it and I’m not sorry about it.

For me it’s the perfect shirt. It’s a viscose shirt which in itself is a major plus. Viscose for anyone who doesn’t know is that really light, floaty material that’s verging so very close to being pyjamas. Again, another reason to love it so much. Mustard, navy & white… a combination nobody could turn their nose up to. Such an on trend colour combination & of course, stripes are still very much a thing.

It’s perfect to wear really casually, unbuttoned with a pair of shorts and flip flops/ trainers. Yet, do it up, add a pair of jeans and boom, you’ve got the perfect date-night outfit. I’m so in love with how versatile & easy this shirt is to wear.

For a bit of a size guide, I’m wearing a Large. Usually I’m one for super oversized clothing so would opt for an XL, however I tried on both in the store and much preferred the look of the Large. Also, it was a little boost for the ego to have a Large be “oversized”.

To bring this entire outfit together I’m wearing:

Ray Bans – The only sunglass I ever wear. I literally need to be a Ray Ban Ambassador.

Plain White T – Perfect to bring out the white stripe in the shirt & to add that cuban summer vide to the shirt.

The Black Shorts – Simple, smart & timeless. With a slight turned up hem for added detail.

Air Force 1’s – A pair of shoe’s I’ve not worn for years. This all white combo brings a nice retro feel to the outfit.

For £25.99 you absolutely cannot go wrong. The best clothing investment, a piece that will see you through the rest of the summer & definitely into the next. Perfect for daytime, summer parties or even a night out on the town. Sooooo very versatile.

Everything mentioned in today’s post is also linked, so if you fancy picking up something for yourself, then look no further. I used my tips given in the How To Be Comfortable On Camera to pose for today’s shoot. If you’ve not read that yet, then pop over there now.

Thanks again to Liz for being the perfect photographer babe & making me look oh so fancy.
