I’ve been doing ‘Intermittent Fasting’ for nearly 2 weeks now & I’ve been loving it. I can finally see the results and soon, it’ll all be worth while. However, with healthy eating comes boundaries. I can’t scoff an entire bag of sweets or a giant bag of crisps any more, I now need to be a little more reserved.
However, I’ve found a new favourite snack. Granted, it’s not the healthiest snack out there, but it’s definitely better than sweets or chocolate. Also, I’ve been finding myself only having one or two… or a handful.
These Salt & Pepper Cashews are my new life addiction and something I literally cannot put down. I’ve loved having these lying around the house and snacking whenever I’m feeling a little hungry.
Regardless of any diet, I’d really recommend these… unless you’re allergic to nuts, then don’t go near them.
