For me, if there is ever a burger on a menu, I’m always going to go for the meat option. Specifically, Chicken, Brie & Cranberry. However, on my most recent visit to Bills, I was thrown by the Halloumi and Red Pepper burger.
I’m a big lover of Halloumi, but I only really like it when I cook it. So when I ordered this I was a little dubious but I’m pleased to report, I was shocked. In a good way.
The burger was filled with Halloumi, Red Pepper, Spinach and homemade slaw. With a side of fries & garlic mayo. This was heaven on a plate.
Bills has always been a favourite restaurant of mine & it’s one I recommend to anyone I speak to. So I extend that recommendation to you guys!
