Some of you may have heard about a new trend in the cooking world, Lean in 15. It’s a recipe book that hosts a whole selection of healthy recipes, all full of nutrition and can all be made in 15 minutes.
This week I got my hands on the book and decided to make the Thai Green Curry. Thai is one of my favourite types of food anyway and have been in love with it for years. So when I saw that he had his own take on the Thai Curry in his book, I jumped at the chance to try.
I can quite happily report, It is one of the best Thai Curry’s I have ever tried. Definitely worth a shot at making and really does only take 15 minutes.
