I know I know, It’s not technically food… However it does fall into that category.
My love for Sriracha is at an all time high and I am starting to worry I won’t be able to stop. I really do think it is one of a kind. It is the perfect chilli sauce. It has enough heat to be ‘hot’, yet enough flavour for it to actually be nice and not just be an overpowering sauce and be hot for the sake of being hot.
This definitely warrants a place on the ever growing Foody Friday posts!
